Citizens Advice Wigan Borough provides free, confidential, and independent guidance to help local residents know their rights and resolve their problems. We don't tell you what to do. Instead, we inform you of your options and likely outcomes so you can choose the path that works best for you and take back control of your situation.
Our work doesn't stop at individual support. We use real client experiences to champion wider change. By campaigning against injustice and advocating for better policies at both the local and national levels, we work to make life fairer for every single person in our borough.
