Our adviser did a benefit check to highlight benefits that Christine was entitled to but not claiming, including Council Tax Reduction. Christine was helped with over £140 worth of food and energy vouchers to ease the pressure, alongside help with ways to reduce her energy bill and a plan to deal with her debts.

Christine told us how she felt much better and was pleased with her progress and support.
